More accurately, the main point is that social networks do not cultivate the “social networking logic” to the “expected” degree due to users’ strategy of “construction of biographical features” in the on-line environment. In other words, this reflect some aspects of the well-known gap between the potential possibilities of the medium and the actual users’ practices.

In 1997 Steve Jobs delivered a excellent speech saying that…”We have to let go of a few things, we have to go of this notion that for Apple to Win Microsoft has to loose. We have to embrace a notion that for Apple to Win, Apple has to do a really good job

and if others are going to help us that’s great, cause we need all the help we can get. If we screw up it’s not anybody’s else’s fault, its our fault.”

… So in whatever you do, you need to focus on doing a good job : )
